With 24 years of Air Cargo experience, first as a ground handler and then as an all-cargo carrier, Andre Majeres joined IATA in 2014, based in Geneva.

Secretary of the IATA Cargo Services Conference (CSC), the IATA Cargo Handling Council (ICHC), the IATA Air Mail Board (AMB), and the IATA-UPU Contact Committee, Andre Majeres develops operational standards for global consistency and harmonization, optimizing the supply chain, ensuring safety and security in operations.

Andre Majeres also looks after eCommerce in air cargo, help the industry to capitalize on this market trend, promote stronger industry coordination, transform processes to speed up flows and how to embrace new technologies that will ensure greater visibility, transparency and efficiency.
