Stephanie Glover is the Director of Customs & Trade Facilitation at Canada Post Corporation. Stephanie has extensive customs and logistics experience with more than 30 years in the international trade field. Stephanie spent many years in the commercial trade sector prior to joining Canada Post’s International Team.

Stephanie manages the Inbound Product Management and Development Team. She introduced new IT applications and Customs processes to improve cross border security and efficiency at this critical element of the supply chain. This process leverages advanced postal data for customs fiscal charging, targeting, release and refer and Customs processes.

Stephanie oversees the Customs Postal Import Program, the partner relationship with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Customs portfolio for Canada at the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Stephanie’s work promotes the smooth flow of international mail while strengthening opportunities to improve the postal supply chain. What’s next for Stephanie? She will be leading the Outbound IT and processes across the Canadian Offices of Exchange.
